To be serious, I cannot imagine him playing Michael - nor Johnny Depp as a lot of people suggest. I wonder who else people could come up with for the role of Michael... I'm sure there is someone who could pull the role off, but it's just a matter of finding the right one so as it is believable...

Nah! That's not Michael. He'd make a great Jon, but not Michael. One of my friends "introduced" me to someone who I cannot help but think of Michael when I look into his face!

James Franco has no similarity with Michael Hutchence.

Sabinjo Another really terrific suggestion. Kyle's work was unfamiliar to me but taking a look it's quite impressive. The pictures of him especially with longer hair is remarkably similar to Michael.

I like Luke,he is a good looking aussie,definitely a plus but I think Kyle Schmid is sexier which is a must for anyone playing Michael!

I have to agree with the other ladies that have suggested Kyle Schmid. I'm familiar with his work and he certainly has the acting chops to carry it off. As far as his looks go he's pretty good at being a chameleon so I'm thinking he would be perfect for the role.
