I really liked this book . Its take is more on Kell's side, but always good to read both sides! (My Fave is Just a Man) . I've read all the bios and those two are my favorites.:)

Hey Cathy Have you read "Total XS" by brother Rhett??? Just getting started and wondered what you thought. Thanks

Yes, I have Bev. Rhett certainly has a gift for writing! But actually I found that it depressed me. But thats just me! Alot of people consider it their favorite. I hope you enjoy it! Let me know what you think after you've read it. :)

I read Rhett's book. It was less about Michael than I expected it to be. Rhett has a very good sense of humor and is quite insightful, I think. I agree with Cathy that it could be depressing at times. I think some of Michael's relationships and whatnot were complicated and difficult.

I just finished reading Rhett's book and I must say I thought it was good. I need to clarify that the life of drug dealing and addictions are awful with a price. I learned about 2 brothers and family with problems starting at an early age.It just has really stayed with me. I plan on reading "Just A Man" also. I have "INXS The Official Autobiography". Anyone read that???? Would love to hear more comments on Rhett's book! Thanks!!

Oh, don't get me started about Story to Story! LOL! Yes, there were some interesting , funny stories, but it was written by a guy who writes biographies. Its entertaining, but I couldn't help but wonder if the band ever read the book before releasing it as an 'official' bio! There were so many descrepancies that I, as just a fan, found!! Keep that in mind as you read. ;) And what I really disliked about it, was they seem to like to air Michael's dirty laundry ( which, I'm not denying, was probably true), but yet, not their own! Let me know what you think!
Oh, and if you have a hard time finding Just a Man, I think its still online at http://www.michaelhutchenceinfo.com. Happy reading! :)Posted 5 months ago # -
Thank You Cathy, for the feedback. I will follow up at the link you gave for "Just a Man". Would also like to read the book from Vincent Lovegrove, hoping Amazon.com will have some leads And to Emacksgirl, did you finish the book and what were your thoughts??
Thanks again!!Posted 5 months ago # -
The Vincent Lovegrove book might be hard to find...as it was withdrawn from sale when it was released due to comments about Paula/Tiger in his book.
Lovegrove had alleged that Paula Yates, had deceived MH and used her pregnancy to ensnare him, the subsequent libel case was settled by an undisclosed amount from the books Sydney and London publishers, and the newspaper The Mail on Sunday which had serialised parts in April 1999.
