February 22, 2011 (Beverly Hills, CA) APA is pleased to announce the exclusive representation of the significant assets of Michael Hutchence's life works. In conjunction with Michael's Trust (CIL), APA has been commissioned to spotlight various projects that highlight Michael's creative genius. In this endeavor, APA (Keith Naisbitt & Jim Gosnell) will work in tandem with the management team of David Edwards from CIL, Martha Troup, Michael's former manager and David Byrnes at Law Firm – Ziffren Brittenham LLP.
Michael Hutchence was the enigmatic songwriter and lead singer of the world famous rock band INXS. He was a global Rock Star, an Australian icon and natural showman who effortlessly embodied rock 'n' roll charisma. On November 22nd 1997, Michael was found dead at the age of 37 in his hotel room in Sydney. Circumstances surrounding his death raised many questions with the true story about his life & death still remaining a mystery to the world.
There has been very little written, produced or released in the Australian or international market about Michael Hutchence since his untimely death. Michael Hutchence's Trust owns and controls significant assets that celebrate his life, death and work. The unique opportunity exists to restore, preserve and celebrate his legacy.
The new partnership will expand these assets through multi platform content projects. They will include a Documentary Film, Feature Film, release of his solo music, international photo exhibition, book and ancillary properties. We are now working on creative, finance, film studio, network and label partners to develop the first of these official projects.

Year of the Hutch! Brilliant and finally!
Such wonderful news! It's time that Michael gets the respect and recognition he so rightfully deserves. May a loving new chapter of his legacy begin.
I am a new fan more or less what turned me on to the band and in turn Michael and his fascinating life and story were these simple things
1. The Live performances I have seen on You Tube and else where on line drew me into his life.
2. Researching his background as much as I can I come up pretty empty handed as many of the publications are hard to get a hold of , there is so much more I would like to know and see not all the negative hype I see all to often online.
3. I would like a documentary with behind the scenes footage as I find it fascinating and Michael always makes me laugh in the few things I have been able to see, as well as live performances.
4. I feel that Michaels story has been hidden from the public and its about time the whole story was shown to the world of just what a remarkable artist performer and human being he was flaws and all like anyone one else. It makes me very sad to see some of the terrible things that have been said about him through sheer ignorance.
5. I think that the Hutchence family has sufferd more than most people realize and I would like to see this also shown. I know the fans realize the suffering that has gone on for to long.
6. I have met some really interesting and wonderful people who are willing to share with me everything they know and I continue to meet a whole fan base that is a truly remarkable thing considering we are on other sides of the country and world and probably have very different life styles but we all agree on one thing we want more of Michael story because we love him as we would one of our family.
Thats my say hope it's clear.

If Michael Hutchence's life will feature in a biopic feature film, who will play him? My choice is Xavier Samuel from Australia's The Loved Ones and Hollywood's Twilight: Eclipse or Russell Crowe.
